Chobe Savanna is a luxury lodge located on a peninsula on the northern bank of the Chobe River in Namibia. The lodge overlooks the vast floodplains of the Chobe National Park’s Puku Flats and is located approximately 90 kilometres west of Victoria Falls. This area is renowned for its diverse and prolific wildlife, including the rare Puku Antelope.
The focal point of the Chobe Savanna is a thatched open sided main building which features a 270 degree view over the Chobe River and beyond to the Chobe National Park. Located in the main building are the lounge, dining room and bar areas, all furnished with African inspired furniture. Facilities at Chobe Savanna include a swimming pool with a beautiful sun deck and a gazebo for lunches. A boma area on the banks of the Chobe River provides guests with traditional dancing and panoramic views of the river. Chobe Savanna Lodge has continuous 220V AC power.
Chobe Savanna Lodge provides. accommodation for 24 guests in elegant thatched chalets. The interiors are decorated in subtle earth tones and dark woods with a contemporary African theme. Each chalet features a combined bedroom / lounge area and a private wooden deck. The chalets are all fully air-conditioned and have en-suite facilities and complimentary mini bars.
