General description: 
Little Mombo is connected to the main Mombo Camp via the raised walkways which connect all the guest rooms and both camps. The rooms at Little Mombo and main camp are identical and Little Mombo has its own dining room, kitchen, lounge and swimming pool. The game drive areas are the same and Little Mombo offers the same activities and high-standard experience as at main camp. Little Mombo offers guests the exclusivity of a "private" camp all to themselves.
Facilities: 
  Architects have created an oasis where guests enjoy absolute luxury whilst maintaining an atmosphere of Africa’s finest classic tented safari camps. Little Mombo’s dining room, bar and living area overlook the open plain in front of the camp. At any given time, guests will have the opportunity to watch wildlife from the Little Mombo living areas. A plunge pool is perfect for relaxing and watching the various animals walk past the lodge. The boma is a fantastic area located on the edge of the floodplain where guests enjoy scrumptious meals while admiring the stars and nocturnal African sounds. Just as at Mombo Camp, the connecting walkways are up to two metres off the ground, allowing game to wander freely through the camp - but at the same time allowing for guest safety. For honeymooners, there is a private lounge with sala and a private dining deck. Little Mombo Camp has 220v generator powered electricity.  
Accommodation: 
  The rooms are designed in exactly the same way as Mombo Camp with vast luxurious tented accommodations that look over the floodplains. Huge four poster beds, en suite bathrooms, outside showers and private salas for midday siestas make up the Little Mombo accommodations. Large concentrations of wildlife occur right in front of camp and can be viewed all day from the main deck or from the privacy of the luxury tents. It is quite possible to see up to twelve different mammal species from the comfort of the tent.  
Game viewing and activities: 
  Mombo Camp and Little Mombo are situated on Mombo Island, an extension of the north-western end of Chief's Island which effectively divides the Okavango Delta into eastern and western sections. The whole of Chief's Island and Mombo fall within the Moremi Game Reserve, and, in particular a zone set aside for "low intensity" safari use.  Mombo Camp and Little Mombo are remarkably exclusive and remote and boast enormous concentrations of plains game and large predators. Activities at Little Mombo Camp concentrate on morning and afternoon game drives in open 4x4 vehicles. Guests will explore the savannah and floodplains areas with experienced and knowledgeable guides. Exciting sightings of lion, leopard, cheetah, wild dog, elephant, spotted hyena, giraffe, blue wildebeest, Burchell's zebra and large buffalo herds are a common occurrence at Little Mombo. Guests might also see the rhino that have been reintroduced to the Mombo area. Year-round birding is superb at Little Mombo. Full day picnic game drives as well as spending time at one of the Mombo hides compliments the wildlife adventure offered at Little Mombo.
