About us – The Booking Company

The Booking Company has been in the safari business since 1992, based in Maun - the gateway to the Okavango Delta. This is where our head-office is situated. Therefore we have first hand, up to the minute, knowledge of all the areas and destinations we are inviting you to visit. We know the seasons, the state of the annual Okavango Delta flood, the wildlife concentrations and the people in all the lodges. We meet all our clients at Maun and Kasane Airports when they arrive, and when they leave. We monitor all our clients every day they are on safari with us.

Our small and vibrant office has been a long standing member of HATAB, the Hospitality and Tourism Association of Botswana. This is the private sector's umbrella association for all tourism related business. We are also members of TAABOT, the Travel Agents Association of Botswana.
Karen has been the Booking Company for the past year and manages our online bookings.Ernest has been with the Company since 1995 and is now Travel Manager. He also holds a Diploma in Tourism from the I.C.S. Sheillah is our Tour Consultant.
